Large-Scale Hydrocarbon Soil Remediation by ESTT

Multi-batch remediation program at the Lingenheld waste treatment platform in Oberschaeffolsheim, France. Haemers Technologies deployed its Ex-Situ Thermal Treatment system to remediate hydrocarbon- and PAH-contaminated soils through five treatment batches, demonstrating the reliability and repeatability of thermal remediation for industrial soil treatment.

          Treatment program

 Five treatment batches using 75 Smart Burners with integrated Re-Burn technology to remediate hydrocarbon-contaminated soils.

         Contaminated Vapors Management

Vapors extracted throughout the heating process and treated through Haemers Technologies' integrated Re-Burn system prior to atmospheric discharge.  

       Process control

Continuous monitoring of soil temperatures, internal pressure, combustion gases and stack emissions to ensure treatment efficiency and environmental compliance.  



RESULTS

✅        Approximately 18,000 tonnes of contaminated soil treated                   over five ESTD batches.

✅        All treated soils achieved cleanup targets for hydrocarbons                   and PAHs.

✅          Consistent remediation performance demonstrated across                   multiple treatment campaigns.
