Dynamic vacuum skimming of free-phase hydrocarbons using DS 500-12D pumping units and dedicated skimmers, with on-site settling and storage of recovered product.

       Process control

Recovery operations were continuously adjusted to account for groundwater level variations and changing free-phase thickness within the recovery wells. 



RESULTS

✅          Reduced free-phase thickness from up to 7 m to less than 10                cm in all wells

✅          Demonstrated the effectiveness of dynamic vacuum                               skimming for highly viscous hydrocarbons at depths                             exceeding conventional vacuum pumping limits.
